Not a very original title, 1000! It's derived from my favorite movie, 100, by Chris Martinez. It also comes from that song by Bread that goes "If a picture paints a thousand words..." It also reminds me of a line from a favorite poem, "Sonambular Ballad" by Federico Garcia Lorca that describes the stars in the night sky as "a thousand crystal tambourines". And finally, it's a twist on my aversion to numbers. I'm not very fond of numbers so I like the irony that this photoblog should be titled thus. So there, I said it. This is supposed to be a PHOTOBLOG. Because Multiply uploads pictures FAASSSTT! I like writing in Blogger, though, because of neatness of the page (no unwanted ads like those by Google on the right side bar) and navigating Blogspot is very user friendly (read: blogging for cyberdummies). I'm getting a minor headache here at Multiply just looking for ways to change the color and the font, the blog title banner, stuff like that.
